You gain F grades from f1 to F5 at nationals by completeing 4 rounds of a possible 6. You can also obtain your grade at regionals but the highest you can obtain is F2, F1 standard is only obtained by nationals.

When you start racing you start as an F5 and you obtain the higher grades by finishing higher in nationals and/or regionals.

I repeat my previos post, please read pages 37 & 38 of the BRCA handbok, the info is there.
There are posts on this thread that are not 100% accurate, only the handook is correct.

you can only gain f1 and f2 lic at nationals all other lic grades are from regional level only, however you can gain f2 at regional's as well.
