I would commit to an indoor club hands down over the 'Maybe scenario' of outdoor clubs, its all about consistancy, I KNOW the indoor club is running but outdoors is touch and go weather permitting, also a lot of outdoors are still run in pretty miserable weather. I know where I would be racing in that case.
