If there isn't any damage/wear on any gear teeth within the g/box maybe it's a diff/slipper or even a bearing problem ? What exact symptoms were you experiencing ?

definately not the gears, one of the idlers has teeth than are not as good as new but its very very minor,i mean i know about rc's and know this wouldn't affect the buggy,i ballraced the gearbox one thing i did notice was the idler was inline with the other idler but not with the main ball diff,it wasn't meshed up properly which is what i think caused it,i think the gearbox is a little out of line.

Well its built! Whole car went together nicely. The only part I'm not 100% happy with is the use of "e" clips and hinge pins. Seems a bit old school, and I'm pretty good at losing the smaller clips! Anyone aware of any bolt/threaded style pivot pins that fit the wishbone mounts etc?

With the ali front arm holder it has slots for grub screws, you need one at the front but all you need to do is loosen the grub screw then it all slides out.

I have had no probs like those yet. But the only thing i did is only put 1 bearing inside my diff as with 2 in it wouldnt do up properly and slipped all the time.. so now running 1 bearing inside shimmed up to fit the gear/ball carrier centrally. All is perfect now
