The EOS Magazine is also very good if you are a Canon Owner. £22 per year but it is only 4 issues.

Neil, you can really tell the lens quality in a couple of the images you've posted there - the pussy shot is ace.

The picture of the young lad (son?) is very vivid - have you turned up the colour tone/stauration on the camera?

I have not got the colour turned up, even on the one of James, but they do look very colourful dont they? It was set at Shutter 1/100, F5.0, 35mm focal length, White balance:Auto, Exposure compensation: 0, Shooting mode: Portrait.

Ah - maybe portrait mode has high colour setting.

tried uploading pic's from photobucket but just keep getting invalid file, they have been resized but still keep getting rejected anyone any idea's??

I bought a Canon 20D in the end. I've now got a Canon 55-250 IS lens too, which I quite like at the moment.
