Maybe i misted this, but is there a controlled tire for the race? If not what are you guys running? (Minispike yellow)

No control tyre, yellow minispikes in the dry and ballistic buggy green minispikes in the wet work best.

Yeah personal preference, 2wd yellow slim minispikes or personally i prefer stagger ribs, what ever youre used to/comfortable with. In the wet 4wd ballistic green minispike fronts on 2wd front rims.

Well never done 2wd since about 5years back that was indoor.
So i wont know what tires will be best for me but i just get set of each
