Hi,

Do 2.4GHZ people had issues with the system last year at Maritime Raceway?
Im on 2.4 aswell but when there is too many devices using the same band Im always concerned about posible issues.

Hi
Not that I know of
(even with 2.4 the Maritime Racing runs the rule of no transmitters on in the pits)

Just to add other IMPORTANT point for the event:

If someone use additives on the tyres and we find that, you will be disqualified of the weekend! (even if that was on Saturday)

Hope I'm clear with that. I know someone did it last year. And we'll NOT ACCEPT this rubbish spirit.
My friend Ian will use his voice and get down you quickly in stairs, that's clear like that?

well we are serious on this point. Thank you for your attention

To some degree depends where you're staying?

Us cheapskates in the M2 travelodge can kind of go anywhere on the way back but would be good to go out as a group. Last year we went on the longest search in the world to find a chinese and was only thanks to Rich's I Phone we found one in the end.

I'm in the cheapskate category too, well at £20 for a hotel who wouldn't be.

I'll hopefully be getting down early afternoon (depending on snow), catch a power nap and then get over to the track to reserve a spot. Might have to arrange an impromptu 'food' meeting to arrange the evening.

Well we found a chinese in Rainham last year, was a night mare to find anywhere to park though. I have printed the directions off for the travelodge as i don't trust my sat nav as it sent me down single lane tracks to the travelodge which was interesting to say the least.

Dan was it you that was parked in the massive puddle last year at the travelodge?

Ha ha, yes it was!

Phil - Rich and I are doing the same thing so we'll meet you there, does your number still end 210? Actually Boggy reackoned there was a good carvery close to the travelodge so we could do that on friday night and potentially a bigger group do nearer the track on say night, there's defo others at the M2, Belgium lads, Tom Cock that I know of (if he's racing with a broken collarbone?). Your satnav won't be lying when it says it's nearly 1/2 hour away despite not being that far in distance

I am sure I can point anyone in the right direction of some locally based racers who are regulars at Maritime. They will have a good idea of what's around.
