Dear Racers


I am pleased to inform you that the Maritime Raceway venue will be open for you to place your kit or just visit on Friday 16th before the Petit RC 2010 meeting.


Doors open at 18.00pm and will be closed sharp at 20.00pm

Please note only pit spaces can be saved for drivers that are booked in to both days or just Saturday.

Pitting space is one space per booked in driver.

To save a place there needs to be a A4 sheet in the pit area with the drivers name on it
(NO paper NO space) (If just kit is left with NO paper the kit will be removed)
(Paper with names of driver that are just book in to Sunday meeting will be remove)

Maritime will supply paper and pens.

There will be NO car aloud on the track Friday night.


Saturday
Doors open at 6am
Practice Starts at 6:45am (it will be heat Practice of 5 Min with a 1 Min turn round If you miss your practice slot you will not get a practice )

Question new pt

hey looking forward to the petit race this weekend just one question when i was filling out the form i didnt have a personal transpondor but i have one now will i be able to use it at the race

Well Tyres ordered today, along with both cars built, servos & motors in. They both just need a shell each!!

speedos tomorrow along with LiPo fitment/connection.

does anybody know if there will be live results at the event (either via Wi-Fi or web service)??

Just trying to decide if it's worth bringing any IT equipment with me.

Via Cat 5 cable? Will there be internet? I'll be bring my old laptop for my Tekin software

I may have a spare wireless AP knocking around...

no I don t think by cat 5 cable. Last year I used internet by 3G key.
Ian will be able to complete if any changement they did at the track but I don't know

Hi Mikeyscott

As Nicolas has said we used internet 3G key

So I am sorry to inform you there is NO internet WiFi or cat 5 that the racers can use

( it is on the to do list at the club :-)

Shame as it wouldn't take much to setup a switch, couple of APs etc. However saying that I don't know what software you are using.
