Vinny, ref your wanting to max out the rear width and the slippy floor, I kept meaning to say something but the back end of your car needs some other work. The diff and slipper need setting up and the rear oil must be VERY light (or leaked) as when you got on the power where I was marshalling the rear nearly hit the floor as it seemed so soft.

I'm not having a go, just that there is some things to work on before altering the rear track etc. Will you be racing outdoors at Batley? If so I'll help as much as I can next time I see you.

9th March was discussed depending on outcome of this sat's work party. Which reminds me I need to start a thread about that!

Obviuously depends on weather on the day!

I think the loss of drive was due to motor moving. Vinny was using the supplied "L" shaped allen keys to tighten stuff, thats why I brought your car to my bench mate - I got another 1/8th of a turn on your screws using proper wrenchs and thats not overtightening.

Vinny, I can;t recommend using the correct Hudy tools enough, they're an invalueable peice of equipment - and it can be the difference between finishing the race and not.

dan or chris will sort you out vinny, batley aint short of people who can sort it for you if you ask.

luckily i got my bitch mark (MRD) lol jokin, he sorts all my rc stuff out, but i learn stuff when he fixes it, and its all in the process of learning.

There wasn't oil in any of the shocks dan.

Vinny you need to consult the manual before doing anything else to figure out where those o-rings live that you had halfway up the shock bodies. If they are the ones that go in the shock tops this will be the reason you had no oil.

for a setup for the rb5 robin lucas was running one and his car looked good might be a good starting point in the kyosho section but i haven't looked.
