That was probably one of the best meetings I've been to for some time ....

Ace track, ace weather, ace club .... and massive fun .... particularly racing the trucks

and small tracks might be a little tricky for racing on generally but they make the racing fab to watch, I know there were some bad takeouts in 4wd but surely thats all part of it ???

all I can say is.... whens the next one lads

I haven't done much 1/10th for a few years now but was mightily impressed by yesterday's meeting. Competitive but friendly, good facilities i.e. indoor pitting with power available, good food that was well priced, proper toilets.etc.
I enjoyed the track - I know there were a few issues at the sharp end of the A final but I think the vast majority of racers had a good day.
Caldicot are a relatively small club and they definitely punched above their weight.
P.S. I did 2 classes because of the reduced fee for the 2nd class-otherwise it would have only been 1

I'd just like to say thank you to every one for coming, it wouldn't have been any good without you racers!
Glad we had good weather and thanks to everyone who helped.

quality days racings, excellent track and organisation.

lots been said so far on the subject of finals, but if you compare the 4wd B and A, the quality of the reffing made a huge difference.

with places changing so frequently some warning on the faster guys on your six was invaluable and meant i could clear the lines as efficeintly as possible (only once getting bumped back into the way by the track, sorry pete!).

lest face it, its hard enough for most of us to concentrate on the 6 feet of space around our cars, let alone the rest of the track.

Your right, it wasnt a good day - it was a great day

The single picture with people actually in, well its called concentration whilst driving - you ought to try it sometime when your racing...

LOL, I'm sure they're all smiling on the inside!
Actually, DCM is smiling or is that a grimace?!!

Imagine what they'd all look like if they weren't having a good time
