Have you checked everything after the shunt in the final at batley, full pelt into the side of your car on the batley straight is a big one. Just a thought.

I rebuilt Ben's car this week and replaced a broken front STEEL diff and bent hinge pins

We'll work with him on it, I think it needs a set-up tweak or two and the savageness taking out of the power delivery and it'll be sorted.

Probably foolishly I’ve agreed to lend Ben an L motor for York regional to try and smooth out the power delivery.

Did you have old tyres on Ben? I’m convinced now that that’s why mine was so bad on mini pins yesterday as I was running tyres from last year (at least) and think they might have hardened or something.

Yes the tyres were old but the other problem i am having with the car is the front losi wheel hexes stripping. And it basically does a set each meeting which is rather annoying.

When I was looking at the results printouts yesterday I noticed that my BRCA number was down wrong, as 72 instead of 15.

It is correct on the brca-northeast site.

Will this cause some problems?

Don't see why it should Dave, just mail Northy and ask him to update the database.

Thanks to Teesside, I think that was the best track I've ran on there, really enjoyed the day!!

Well done teesside on running the meeting smoothly. The track was very good. A good mix of slipply floor and carpet/astro.

The meeting was ace and there was a lot of quick drivers at the sharp end which can only be good!!

Ben, get a B44 front hex, they are thicker, also JC wheels have a deeper hex

The only thing i will say about going to teesside is its amazing how much of a local knowledge track it is. Which doesn`t really bother me as the drivers have been quick enough to put the car in the A but, it seems they get over excited and its their "FA cup final" and just decide to drive through people who will be competing in all of the series

Apart from that it was a good day for me

Yeh think thats wot im doing lee. Are the jconcepts wheels available in white yet. Just i dont really want yellow lol. Also are the b44 wheels deeper on the hex? compared to a losi wheel.

Was a great track, just my luck was awful. Got 11th in the first round then everything just went arse up!!

Belt snapped and wrecked pretty much everything then after a full rebuild the belt decided to just flick itself off the roller before the first corner.

Apologies to anyone i hit entering the first corner in the 4wd C final!!! had no brakes and no drive!
