A lot of us have been waiting (and still am) for a new 2wd to take the throne off the Big A..

Now that the D8 project has finished, I can only hope HB and Adam's team can have it ready for release this side of xmas.

Don't really want to spend the money on another B4 again...

Apparently it's all done now but it should hopefully be out for a christmas release.

Adam told me at york that they had just finished the D8 so that had held it up, im sure he said they were waiting on usa to finish some bits and was hoping for 2008 shipping

Design and production rarely talk so I can under stand that.

The pic's are early on and from the shoot out (US) earlier this year. I'm sure the final product's had changes made.

Would be nice to have something to over again

i have a feeling HB is reconsidering the aluminum chassis.....

just a gut feeling...

So, anyone have any news about the releese date??

I hoped to drive HB in both 2wd and 4wd to the summer and would like to try the D2 some indoores before the outdoor season starts.


Just put toghter the D4 wce, and so far, it seems really good.

Hope the D2 will have the same parts-finish and overall impression as the D4.

. Or at least make it a hop-up option. Do you have insider knowledge? At this rate it'll be obsolete before it gets launched. I hope it doesn't get shelved due to the current less than lovely economic situation, I really like the look of it.

Adam's pretty gutted that his baby has been taken away from him.


I think we were all hoping to be running the car this year, but its looking kinda grim at the mo'.

I read on rctech it will be maybe late spring, early summer before they release it. That car looks awesome with the aluminum chassis and carbon fiber towers. Im betting it will be the strongest 2wd buggy on the market when it comes out.
