Default Lipos for club racing?

Gonna try and get some time off this year and would like to do some club racing at my local club (Stotfold).

Can someone let me know if Lipos are allowed there as i need to invest in some more batteries and would like to go Lipo if poss!

hey all! Just wondering if anyone had some thoughts?

Are lipos ok at club level?

Sorry if this seems like a real stoooopid question to ask! Just wanted to know before i shelled out on the wrong load of batteries!

Best advice is get in contact with the club, they have a website with contact details on or if you PM kevlee on here I'm sure he'll point you in the right direction!

good decision, Lipo is awesome.

But like Roger said, check with the club for 100% confirmation, nobody else can do that except for the club you are racing at.
