Orca vx3 firmware update question

Looking for some help / pointers as the Orca website is confusing!

I have a VX3 - the top billing esc - but I've had it since they came out and never updated it.

I'm going to run it again - so want to update the firmware etc on it and the programming box.

Which files / versions do I need and what's the updating process please!?

I've never bothered but think I will soon, best to search RC tech or Xray forum as a few use them in touring including Alex Hagberg
