Aluminium rear hubs b5m

I don't have aluminium rear hubs. Where can I find information what insert I shall use for this setup

I'd go with/try the B hole on the B kit insert, in the up position.

You could try B hole on A kit insert too, in the up position.

I say 'up' because they've got a 2mm spacer on the alloy hub.
