You need a better pic I can't make the rear ones out but you've got what looks like a B3, B4?, Nix 91 and my old yoke can't make the rest out but there should be a lazer in there too

I was just guessing that the front gearbox housing was a teamline part, mainly due to the colour. I did a quick look on the internet, to see what other teamline parts were made, but didn't find anything.

I was intending to go down the lipo route, so at least i have an idea what to be getting now.

Have you got any recommendations for manufacturers of alloy pivot blocks?

Colin

Teamline did the 5 degree and 7.5 degree castor blocks and gear box front casing, cant remember anything else. If going down the lipo route buy my chassis design so when calling fibrelyte tell them that your after James Instone's design. Also last lipo tray design for me as well and the cf block for the centre of the chassis. This design gives you a lot of options, you can add weight in the centre, centre back, centre front (all in between the lipo packs) and also brass zeppin cell hole weights can be used in the cell hole cutouts and if required a rudebitz flat brass plate under the lipo tray design as well. But as mentioned earlier you need to raise the top deck by 3mm which will be the thin blue washer that comes with the blue steering parts. You will also need demon banana plugs for the esc connectors and cell joining wire as this lowers the height and minimises them shorting when fitting, i add grp tape to underside of top deck as well. Youll need to have the joining holes and esc connector holes forwards and not rear as the rear top deck mount gets in the way.

Also if going brushless and using more that a 10t would recommend using tensioners on the rear and front gearbox

if you can make it over to the first bury metro indoor meeting (in oldham) I will have my lazer zxr tub that I use for indoor racing. You can have a look at what I have done to mine and it will give you an idea on what you need to do.

The front pivot blocks look like the MMS ones and the rears look like the Teamline ones.
Never knew Teamline did a front gearbox, I have three white ones which I assume are MMS, two of which don't have the bump for the belt tensioner which means you can run a shock tower without the notch which no doubt would help with strength

Hi James, been busy but well. Have my last batch of anodizing in process then hoping to get back into my projects.
Have a bunch of parts I need to sell at some stage, mostly Optima Mid but also enough spare bits to build a nice Lazer ...

Thanks man

The straps or the little brackets? I have both as I designed/drew them myself.

Same design of straps as I did for Peakeys CAT
