Rb6 aluminium hubs V2

Hi,

What does the plastic rings in the V2 hubs do?

I was thinking about buying some hubs but haven't got a clue what the rings are for.

Adapting to different bearing sizes. Big bearings are good for stress but heavy, you choose.
The inner bearing is also in a plastic sleeve so the hubs doesn't wear.
