xx4 we chassis

i'm looking for a good chassis I can put in my spairs box as they are getting a bit thin on the ground and I can't aford £50 just to put in my box. I thought I would give it a go on here if not there still seem to be quite a few over the water.

Have you tried any shops to see if they have/can get stock. There seems to be plenty around, even though they were out of stock everywhere a few months back. This makes me think they are readily available now. Also the latest ones come with the new header card, so they are not old stock, therefore theymust still be in production.

I spoke to my local shop who spoke to horizon, horizon don't have any.I have not tryed any other shops yet. The thing is I love the car and I don't need a chassis yet thus can't justify £50.But what worrys me is if I break the chassis later in the year will I be able to get one then........

Thank for your help after reading the last few posts I have ordered one from Losi parts house £35ish to my door
