Gearing

Hi all can anyone tell me what the best gearing to use on the a.r.c track?
I have a Durango dex410 with a 5.5 thunder power motor and 87 spur.

Do not have experience with this particular model. I do run a desc410r but is on mod 1 gearing.
Best to ask in team durango section for options.
Say its for astro.
