Returns - We need your help

Recently we have received a few returns which have come back without any paperwork, description of the fault or reason for return, without basic information such as your name and telephone number we are unable to anything with these items.

Recommended information which should be supplied -

1 - Name, Address and Contact Number.

2 - Description of the fault or reason for return.

3 - A Copy of the purchase invoice.

Thanks for your cooperation and we hope to receive a few phone calls from people who have returned items without any of the above information.
