With reference to BRCA 1/10th regionals 2014:
As voted at the regional AGM tyre choice is same as national events. Please refer to rule 23.11 for clarification.

Just to clarify, the following is printed on the National entry forms....
The permitted rear tyres at all venues in the 2014 BRCA Off-Road National Championship are :- Schumacher Mini-Spike (Original & Mk.2) and Ballistic Buggy Mini-Spike
