CS Electronic Super Sport 9.5t, GM 10.5t Pro timing questions

Hi all, I'm looking for a little guidance here. I have a CS Electronic 9.5t super sport motor and I'm trying to figure out how much timing it has built into it and how much adjustment is built into the endbell. I also have the same question about the GM 10.5t Pro, part number 97305. I have found the manual for the CS motor online which outlines how to adjust timing, but doesn't mention the amount of timing. I haven't had any luck finding the info for the GM motor. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks guys!!!

Is there seriously no one out there that can give me a rough timing ball park for these two motors...? There's good karma in it for ya!
