as i losen the 3 bolts that go through the diff housing it stops then then tighten it starts grrrrrrr

ive had that problem it is the spacer between the gearbox and the motor plate that has crushed.
you can replace it or put 3 washers in between problem solved

Check the plastic casing that the slipper nut sits in is slotted home into the outer slipper plate before tightening up the slipper. I didn't do this once and my gearbox went all tight and grinding!
