This maybe a long shot but could it be a spammer hiding behind another IP address. They are known to do this. They pick a PC,hack into and spam from that IP address even though they are sat on a different PC with a different IP address!

I think it could be hackers that hacked oople before.

I reported Greg to his ISP, which is NTL in packmoor, Stoke-on-trent. If anyone knows this 'Kyosho Greg' - or 'greg morris' (possibly a name he hides behind, who knows) please tell his mummy and daddy to remove him from the keyboard.
