Default One way diff

Just about to install Nitro TC3 one way diff for this weekend and it seems that the outdrives are a bit short. Rechecked the modelshop info and it does say Nitro Part no.3978.
Any ideas? Do you need to shim the outdrives to make them longer? Im stuck!
I also have the shiny CVDs that come with the new kit.

Hi Chris, the 3978 is the electric TC3 one way diff, the one you need is the nitro diff, I think the part number is 1728.

The actual one way diff unit is the same but the outdrives of the NTC3 diff are longer.

I got it from Omni models across the pond and they list it as Nitro. Gutted. Can i get some longer outdrives or not? Anybody have them at Batley this weekend?

They have sold you the wrong one, that's why it won't fit.

You need AS1728, NTC3 Hard Front One-Way Assembly.

The outdrives are no longer available as a seperate part.

Anyone know wat size the bearings are for the NTC3 oneway? i got one with the bj4 when i bought it but never put it in. Fancy giving it a go but dont have any bearings for it.
The diff ones wont fit and AE say they are a special one but list them as 3/8 x 5/16 which cant be possible can it? So anyone know where i can get some or what size they actually are?
