Default Mid motor setup - step by step

Hi all

New to all this but learning more each day

Keen to switch my 210 rtr to mid motor before I join in with the local racing. Is there anywhere that gives a step by step guide of changing to mid motor for a newbie either with 3 or 4 gear. I appreciate you need additional parts for 4 gear (I believe)

Would be grateful if someone could point me in right direction as I have seen the configuration page but ideally after something step by step

I believe there isnt, I converted mine and was looking for one myself but couldn't. Best place to start is to take the whole rear end off etc and then download the DEX210 Kit manual (just google it) and follow the steps in there and you can see what needs changing etc.

You can download the full DEX210 kit manual from the team durango website. You'll have to work it out for yourself from there, should only take you an hour or so. (Takes 20-25 minutes to do a gearbox/diff rebuild with a bit of practice)

There is also another thread on here with a list of needed parts.
IIRC it's an idler shaft, couple of spacers, couple of bearings and an idler gear you need.

Well, that's what I've ordered to convert mine anyway. But I've already got a massive box of 210 parts anyway, so if anything is missing. I'll probably find it in there anyway.
