Default Petit R/C Race Results

Hi all just got back from the petit r/c race in Paris.
Danny McGee, Tom Cockerill and James Helliwell (me) were the only Brits to enter the biggest class - 2wd on the saturday, the 4wd and truck classes were held on the sunday.
Superb weekend, huge track with massive jumps, very grippy.
I'll put some of my own pics up here soon but i'm sure you'll find plenty on the petitrc.com website.

Final Results in 2wd were as follows:

1st: Jorn Neuman - Germany - B4 Durango
2nd: Danny Mcgee - United Kingdom - Losi
3rd: Tom Cockerill - United Kingdom - Losi
4th: Antoine Rosetti - France - X6
5th: Geoffrey Petit - France - B4
6th: Bruno Heremans - Belgium - B4
7th: Wouter Wynen - Belgium - B4
8th: James Helliwell - United Kingdom - B4
9th: Christophe Boulain - France - B4
10th: Danny Claes - Belgium - Losi

We left the track at 12pm leaving Tom, Fabien and the other brits we met from essex with one more round plus finals, petitrc will have the results in detail of course!

From what i can gather pretty sure Jorn won 4wd with Tom Cockerill Second !!

To be honest, not really. You can't even start to imagine how big the jumps were, and tricky. I had a right laugh with Danny, James, Tom and his dad all week end.

Bring on next edition, with hopefully a schedule properly kept to, as sunday kept on dragging on... Left the track at about 8...

I see Mr Neuman used a "B4 Durango".
What car is this? A B4 with some special Durango-options?

No worries James, it was a right laugh. I kinda wished I'd have done 2WD as well as I could have done with more track time on sunday, but you have to set your priorities.

They had a very similar idea back in the B3 days at the 2001 Euro's in France, i remember it having a coke bottle body but was very similar in principle at least, i think that was just before the Durango 4wd started to do well.....
