Default Associated B4 Gear ratio set up advice

Hi all my B4 has been out of action for several months and is now in the pits for a rebuild it is getting a new motor as i found one laying around i can put in it, Its a Ezrun Brushless 8.5t motor but im not sure what spur and pinion to run.

I have been looking at different set up sheets and a ratio i found that i maybe could use was with a motor that was 7.5T was 23 Pinion and a 72 Spur. but still abit vague about it all.

Thanks for any help you can provide while i keep looking

Guess it depends on speedo settings and track size etc but I am running an 8.5 indoors at the moment using 23/81
