2013 Regional?

I don't know if Dave has already put wheels in motion but in the East of England section our regional rep is asking for details of clubs that would like to host a regional in 2013.

I am not sure if this is something the club can do as we'd need to satisfy certain timing equipment rules, but just thought I would mention it for those that may be interested.
