Shock oil set up help please

I have SX3 with a Tekin esc and a 8.5 motor, running indoors on wooden floor........whats the best oil to use please? only have losi oil though. Many thanks.

have you tried 3 in 1, its very cheap.....

We use Core Oil from schumacher. Around 400cst with kit pistons shoud be about right
