That looks cool!

I would have me one of those for my DB1.
Drop me a PM with a price.

EDIT:

Also I would supply without bearings, alot of people like to run a particular brand.

Thank you, yeah they are machined from solid brass and the bearings are a press fit that's the reason I wanted to supply with bearings to stop issues with people saying they don't fit

That's all good and well, but what if the bearings need replacing?

I would use a press or a puller to get em out, it's just an idea I have found with metal parts that if there is the slightest bit of clearance around a bearing like you get in super expensive rear hubs its not long and there is a load of play around the bearing rendering the the hubs 'knackered' if they are wanted with a nice slide fit not a problem with or without bearings

Cheers john

they look great gixxer .....
i belive gixxer made them with a press fit bearing to eliminate any chance of play / wear from the outer race .... they still can be removed but will be tight hence the term press fit and tight to refit .... great idea as on the DB1 this is one area you dont want any extra play IMO anyway ... im sure gixxer would be more than happy to supply with out brg's with that in mind....

Thumbs up :)

Looks really well made. My only question is, and please excuse my ignorance with this question but extra weight in that area? Is it needed and why? But as far as quality and strength, they look lovely, well done

Hey sorry I miss-understood I thought the bearing wouldn't come out.

A little extra weight low down just in front of the rear wheels cant be a bad thing!

Hello I was asked by a member to make these out of brass I'm by no means a set up guru and don't really know my ass from my elbow when it comes to adding weight to a car, but thanks for the kind words

Hi Mate
It looks excellent.
Don't forget to bring mine to Mendip on Sunday. Should help on a slippery surface. That was the idea anyway!
