I found it odd that when Tamiya re-released the Supershot they called it the Super Hotshot.

I would love to see the Hotshot II rereleased. Not sure if its just because its black but it was a really nice looking machine

I didn't realise they were that rare

Like everyone else I would love to see some re-issues of the Vintage Kyosho stuff, but in some ways not having it handed to you on a silver platter is half of the fun with the vintage builds and restorations

Losi did it with the xx4, it's not vintage just yet though.

Not as far as I know.
I think Kyosho might be leaning towards it - the Mini Z buggy Optima attracted a lot of attention.
Schumacher, Associated and Losi have been approached at various times, but all felt it was not in their interests / profitable / viable etc. TBH it doesn't really fit the 'cutting edge' image.

Of course if you want a PB, AYK, Marui, Hirobo etc re-re you'll be lucky.

Found a 959 on ebay today.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tamiya-Por...item20cafc4ced

He must be having a big loft clear out. One of you?

Anyway, my vote would be a ford escort mk1 or landrover 80" Series one - oh you mean scale cars!

See thats my point on rere, working out cheaper and Terry's method being out of touch today.
Price is about average, yet when i replace the body, and the scratched chassis parts etc etc to make her fully shelf queen std......ive probably blown the proposed rere price and way more, and got a box and "that smell" in the same bargain.......come on Tamiya, you know it makes sense, 959!
