Default Anyone use a MAC?

A it random, I use a Macbook, I can get the downloadable set up sheets on my lap top and I can also Tick the boxes and edit where needed when I save it as a PDF or Jpeg of any other format the ticks and bits I note on the sheet do not save they are gone when the sheet is recalled. Does anyone know If I can rectify this problem?

Thank you.

Are you using Acrobat Reader or Pro? If you are using the Reader the original PDF needs to be setup to allow reader access. A way of knowing if this is the case is that when opening the PDF it should have a purple bar at the top stating sections can be edited and saved - hope that helps

All works fine Chef, see my edited and saved document (screenshot) - you need to download it to your Mac and open it using Acrobat Reader (I have Reader X - the latest version), once you have done that:

- Fill in your details
- Click - 'File' / 'Save as' / 'PDF' and save it - bingo!

If you are viewing it your browser that could be causing the issues - hope that helps
