Default LOSI JR2 shocks?

i bought two LOSI JR2 buggys the other day. these shocks was in the pit box i got with them. are these LOSI JRx2 shocks? i know they are old.


what year did losi release this buggy>?

they look like old traxxas shocks to me

Thought they looked like rc10 gold pan front shocks myself..

They are not JRX2 shocks, which had a sealed top end, and you put the oil in through the bottom with a screw-in o-ring cartridge to seal it. They were grey anodised ali also.
They do look like old associated RC10 shocks to me.

The JRX2 was released in 1988. I had one of the first UK released JRXT's, which straight away I converted to a JRXPro, which was basically a JRX2 with a longer chassis, and removed the 5 link suspension. It was a fantastic car, wish I still had it, but i sold it on to buy a 1:1 car in 1992.

actually maybe they are old traxxas...
