CHEAP BRUSHLESS REVERSE ESC AND MOTOR COMBO

Hi all, im looking for a cheap brushless esc/motor combo for my daughters T4 truck. It must have brake + reverse with lipo cutoff. It would be prefered but not essential if it is sensored and nothing too fast but i will consider almost anything....the cheaper the better.
Might also be in the market for a PT at the right price.....!!
