Default Truggy ?? Given the choice what yould you have ? ?

Ok, looking at getting a new smelly thing, Truggy caught my eye but a few to choose from, so which would you go for and why?

So far been looking at Losi 8T and Hyper ST (various types)

Any advice appreciated

Oh and if anyones selling one, let me know

I would suggest you decide if it's something you want to assemble yourself or just take out of a box and run. What can you easily get spares for and whats popular at your local track as you may need to occasionally borrow spares and/or crib set ups from them.

I recently bought a couple of Hot Bodies Lightning Stadium Pro RTR's for my boy and I, excellent value for money although far from cutting edge, and having been bitten with the bug I'm looking to upgrade to the Hyper ST Pro when funds allow.

Honestly don't think you'd be too disappointed with any of the latest truggies, Xray, Losi, HoBao, Mugen (possible exception being the HPI Hellfire which seems a little fragile from what I've seen) - decide which one you like, see if spares are readily available and if it's well liked by owners at your local club?

Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier. This way I could have strongly adviced against the MT2. That car breaks when looked upon. Remember : it's an onroad drivetrain (and even not a very good one) used for MT offroad.

For ease of spares the Hyper ST suits me well. There is a few Nong Nor CRT pro's in my Club, but the ST's give them a run for their money (RTR as well). I would go for the ST pro personally

I'd get an 8ight-t man...
I wouldn't go for MP777ST-R Truggy Pro kit yet. I'd wait till Gil Jr. convinces the RD guy to revamp the truck.
