Track strating to look good, just needs a few finishing touches then will be up and ready to race

so when will this place be open week days/weekends what if you dont want to race just to pratice can we still use the track,and will there be a membership fee????

Is it an 8th track? Looks like it from the pictures. Those 8th lads don't like corners!
