some good work there, very colourful!

I'm looking to paint a cougar shell very soon, was thinking about one colour tho, but seeing these? I dunno, how much would you charge me?

not really bothered about design!!

I really like this one, Best yet i think!
The pictures really don't do it justice the only thing i think is missing,is maybe a white or pink pinstripe around the black.

How about having a white background?, the shell stands out more then.

A contrasting pin stripe around the darker colour would have brought it out better.

I would buy a large ( as large as you can get ) piece of thin white card. Also try using flash when you take the shot, you get a bit of hotspot where it's reflected in the body shell but it will bring the colours out, failing that shoot outside in the sun, you might have to wait until one day in late may though and then it'll be another year before you can take another good shot so I'd rely on the flash

A silver or chrome stripe would have been ace!
In person it look fine just not quite as good of the pics!

As Ian said if you use a white background it will help. It may also help if you stand back from the subject and zoom in and use the flash quite heavily, you will help eliminate reflections but hopefully also pick out the colour details.

Finally got round to digging out my shell and wings so I will get them in the post to you ASAP.

We can discuss colours next week but you will be glad to know it's mainly Blue and Pink.
