Anyone tell me what "limiters" are when referred to in the b4.1 set up sheets, usually referred to with a number such as " limiter-1" I take it its shock related but don't know what they are or how to adjust.

If you look in your manual, section F2, they are referred as nylon washers. Stock setup is two washers, with .03 thickness. So I´ll guess in your setup only one washer is used, i.e. longer shock-shaft travel.
