A Vintage Day

Hi all
My friend John Weston who runs iconicrc.com is trying to organise a vintage day so all their members can meet up & see all the old cars back together again
They have been searching for a club to hold the meeting on a saturday in november but everywhere they look they are getting turned away, mainly due to landlords saying racing cant happen on a saturday
They are not expecting to use the track for free as each member who attends will be charged a small fee which would go to the club holding the event
There would be no racing as such, just everyone getting together to see all the old rides on the track so we wouldn't need to use the clubs timing system
They almost had a agreement with moto arena before it closed & would like to hold it in that sort of area ie mid south
Is there anyone out there who can help us out?
Here's hoping as i for 1 would love to see all the old rides back together again
