Question what car/buggy/truck

hi,

being a novice at this I would like some advice.,,

where do I start??? I would like an off road waterproof (it will be put through puddles and damp grass/mud) truck ideally. I want to run lipo for a longer run time. I have lots of advice from my friend who races nitro buggies but I thought I'd throw it open to you guys.

thanks in advance.

short course trucks are very good fun. there an up and coming class which is getting bigger and more popular all the time.

waterproof wise check out the traxxas range as they seem to have waterproofed most of their electrics more than most.

Batterys LIPO is definately the way to go 5000mah should give decent runtime in anything but the most powerfull cars,

all comes down to money really.

would love a traxxas slash 4 x 4 but just a bit pricey for me.

Well along buddy For your budget I reckon you need to stick to tenth. 8th is great but is generally more expensive
