Good point, when I looked earlier my Internet failed before that bit loaded! So my random entirely pointless guess is as follows:

A new driver
A new USA designed 201 based short course (new product & product line)
New partnership with the people who actually designed the SC (some stars of the track somewhere )
An offroad version of the tcs championship (now they have all the offroad classes covered) starting next year

No idea why I bothered thinking the above up, but I'll laugh if it turns out to be true!!!

I agree, I think it will be a few things

as to releases, I would think its either a 201 SC truck or 1/8 electric 801 both have been seen in the wild over the last year..

Any news about this guys? Checked Hobby Link Japan again and they´re listing it as the 511 Gear diff....strange hmm?

I have not seen anything listed as a new release TRF kit on Tamiya Japan's website. They are not listing any releases beyond August at this point.
