stock 13.5 motor and speedo

as it says guys after a stock 13.5 brushless motor and speedo just for mardave stock class something on the lines of fusion exceed or something same as cheers andy

i thought stock stock class was brushed still in mardave?
if it is brushless you want i have a nearly new novak gtb2 ecs which is supposed to be the best legal speedo for mardave at the mo??
