You can fit the P.T or power cap in any port, the live and negative rails are joined across all 4 channels so it makes no difference.

However, if your receiver is shutting down by turning the servo 3 times under no-load, a power cap wont fix it, sounds like the servo is the issue.

This happened with a guy at our club, and once he changed the servo, the problems went away. We fitted a large powercap, and it made it slightly better, but didnt fix the issue until the servo was replaced.

So what's the problem as the servo it rated at 6v but is also digital coreless... If that's what's making it draw to much power

What similar performance servos are available that don't draw a similar amount of current from the rx

I think your problem lies with a dodgy servo, have it sent back to CML for testing.

It's a process called brownout
The servo is not at fault
But It is the servo that causes it
A power cap resolves the issue
But I don't want to run with a cap if necessary
So that's why I'm looking for a lower power consumption servo

I made it very clear at the start ive run Savox for along time now and want a change hence this thread hence looking for a new brand to try.

What's to joke about? I asked a serious question and as per usual it was misunderstood or some clowns decided to change the topic or see it as another chance to cause more nonsense.

..... I was looking for replys such as those who have managed to see how many amps certain servos draw compared to others.

the servo does not draw power from the reciever, it draws power from the speedo, you have been told this many times
finally you dont want to spend big bucks but you want the best, well you frikin clown, you have the best servo for little bucks, if your that much of a tight arse go fit a cap to the dam reciever

you not even giving anyone a glue as to what your putting it in so you want us to use a crystal ball to know your reguirements, well as your now the clown pop back to the circus you came from and ask mystic meg....
