Anybody any thoughts on why the motor is placed so far forwards compared to other in mid-configuration?

This means that the whole gearbox and motor assemblies weight is shifted even further back and the suspension is shifted forward over the axle. Maybe its time to start mounting the suspension off the gearbox - F1 stylee???

The answer is to swap the arms left to right so they swing forward, this puts the motor in the right place. Then all it needs is a new gearbox and rear tower...and a new chassis with more flex and the batteries in the right place... I have thought about a Tardis 22 conversion but this still doesn't address the real problem, I have a B4.1 so this will get turned into a C when/if it ever gets released. |

Is it not because the design has been compromised to give both mid and rear motor cars from one kit??

On the plus side having the motor so far forward in the mid configuration it dose give you more control in the air than normal.
