one is cheaper but im thinking 5.5T is too much.
5.5T http://cgi.ebay.com/Leopard-RC-5-5T-...#ht_2710wt_981 6.5T http://cgi.ebay.com/Brushless-Motor-...ht_3786wt_1141 i have seen several reviews on leopard motors and people love them so i no doubt i am going to get one of these two. but if you do have a link to a similar priced motor that you like feel free to do so. |

Since everyone makes their motors in China these days the price discrepancy between those Leopard motors and the premier brands concern me. Something has to give to be that inexpensive. Just my two cents.

there are a ton of folks using these motors and they have nothing bad to say about them.
im pretty sure the only main difference is customer service and these motors are not sensored. |

I would go with the 6.5 myself. 5.5 is a hell of a lot of motor especially for anyone running lipo and or a good modern speedo.

Just make sure that if you plan to race at a BRCA sanctioned event, these motors are on the list of permitted motors....otherwise you cannot use them and will have just wasted your money.
If non-UK, check with your nations sanctioning body for legality... |
