Those Hong Kong webshops are indeed first class, especially for Tamiya. I also ordered from rcmart and rcshop.hk. That last one also has Tech Racing hopups for the TRF501X.

I got My TRF501 from rcchamp in Japan (pre-order). Too bad their website is only in japanese

here's the correct link :

http://shopping.rcmodel.hk/

NeilP, where else can you find good service for Tamiya. The entire european continent is a Tamiya desert.

There's a clue in my signature - just google it (don't know whether I'm allowed to advertise myself by putting the URL in).

There is one street in Hong Kong where all the RC shops are located. RC model and RC Station are both in that street (links to them on the http://www.oswestryrcc.org.uk club page). I was there last year, arrived around 12pm and they were all shut.. some guy told me they dont open till around 1pm so i thought.. i could just do with a McDonalds.. turned around i was standing outside one... (which after 5 days up in Shanghai eating chinese food was heaven!) They are all very helpful but not much Associated stuff though. Hope to go again soon.

Neil

Looks nice. Prices seem right too. If they have the new larger diameter pulleys and longer belts in stock (and ship to mainland europe), I might give it a try.
