Do a search, you will find the info, been covered before. Best option is to make it with piano wire.

The Losi #4257 (Writing from home -- not sure about the number) sway bar kit gives you all the little bits you need except the wire itself. As Ian says, you should be able to get more piano wire than you'll ever need for around $2 at your LHS. Piano wire is used extensively in R/C airplanes.

I use a b4 roll bar kit. All you need to do is put a grove in the back of the rear bulkhead and the shock tower holds it in place. You also need to take a little bit from underneith the camber link mounts for clearence but then you can use all the roll bars in the B4 kit

Surely a rear AE B4 kit will do the job ? In the kit you get 3 choices of bar thickness which could easily be re-shaped to suit your needs....

+1 for B4 roll bar kit. Also get yourself some of the roll bar fasteners from the Cougar SV - these allow you to mount the roll bar to the rear of the shock tower (so you don't need to cut a slot in the bulkhead) and they have a grub screw that allows you to set the "slop" so you can run different thickness roll bars easily. Think they are about £5 for 4 (you only need 2, so you either have spares or you can share with a friend).
Unless you reshape the wire, you may need to dremel the shock tower a bit to ensure the roll bar doesn't rub on it where the bend in the wire is. HTH ![]() |

![]() ![]() I've put two groves in but you only need the bottom one. You don't have to re shape the B4 bar either ![]()

I would not remove any material from the ball stud lands on a #1310 bulkhead. I you ever must replace a bulkhead, it's because the ball stud land broke. Putting a groove in the back of it is just fine -- won't hurt anything.

If you look where I've modded mine Ive only chamfered the corner and not touched where it meets the bulkhead so It shouldn't effect the strength
