What motors are you running?

A 6.5R is in my opinion to hot as a motor. I have a 7.5SP and it's more than enough.
I've also got the under LIPO weight. I'd have to get some new scales first....

What gearing are you running on your 7.5? I've also been playing with turbo ESCs

Last nationals I was running 78/26 and the car was VERY fast.

Did run 11.5 timing on the esc.

crappy mobile photos, and not yet finished, but here are a couple of shots of my B4.1 vega, although built by B4 parts. Diff is not here yet, so I haven't finished the transmission yet.

With the low-profile servo and novak kinetic esc, I fit all the electronics quite nicely.

I was wondering how the axes of rear triangle. With the wedges pinch original B4 or a special room at VEGA. ?

Since I have my own opinion on the vega shell, I tried a phat bodies shell for the cougar, and it did not turn out too bad (apart from my 2 min paint-job, that is...):
