Sorry to disappoint all those that replied but the 'Newbie' has decided to go LiPo so we are now on the lookout for stick pack LiPo & Charger

Does the lipo have to be brca legal?

I have a very good Hyperion charger that meets your requirements, and a 50C 5000mah Dualsky hrs case stick pack (only @6 mths old, used @10 times), if it's of interest?
