I got a team bluegroove Zx-r bodyshell and in my opinion the lexan is really thin and the details are quite poor compared to an original kyosho Zx-r one.
For sure it is not suitable for a runner, for a shelfer it's not the best body but it is better than no body at all .

Bye

Look at kamtec, link is below and they do a zxs shell and now the sexy tomcat shell which is thicker than the original and takes a pounding. Better than the original.

Ive got the first few here and have given him the go ahead so I would advise calling him. Mention James advised you about it and he will know. Be warned tho that these shells never had the ZXR lines for the gear cover as it was used for various models including the tamiya proto so its a bit of time lining up to get right but worth it in the end.

Yes but you will need to cut a lot more off at the rear due to the way the shell is designed. A molds being made as i sent an undertray off to him to use. When i get my shell painted i will post pics of it attached to a zxr

Hey iso, sorry I didn't see your last post but no I don't have a ps3....I'm not that into videogames.

Just to let you know, they got the jersey today and I orders the embroidering, I should get it back in a couple of weeks. Just one question:who's Dahlberg we tried looking it up in the NHL rosters but it wasn't there?

Default My baby :-)

Hi Guys,

After many months only reading on this forum, I decided to post something.
After many years of racing with my lazer zx, I decided to make a shelf queen from it.
I finally finished my restoration project, and I would like to share this with you guys.
Body and undertray is repro from team bluegroove and the wing is genuine same as the decals. Brand new genuine parts used and for 100% restored.

The result attached
Kind regards from Belgium

Very nice box replica shelf queen. It looks factory fresh so I think you've done an excellent job on the restoration
